What will we give you?
- 12 months of intensive learning and development
- The chance to work in three areas of F&B, spending four months in each
- Three eCornell distance learning courses to boost your development
- Responsibility that builds. You’ll start as one of the team, then move to supervisor, then assistant manager. Eventually, you’ll
- Start shadowing a head of department
- Regular meetings with the director of F&B and corporate F&B teams
What will you need to have?
- A Bachelor’s degree in hospitality
- Twelve months of industry experience
- Command of English and one other language
- A visa or work authorisation for the country you’ll be training in
